Have you ever seen anyone scared of travelling on

Have you ever seen anyone scared of travelling on an escalator? Or experienced trepidation or a sudden trembling?

I recently noticed an elderly woman and her son about to step onto an escalator. She resisted, her fear and hesitation apparent while her son cajoled and coaxed.

At the first instance, she let go off his hand and he ascended alone. He came back and she insisted to use the elevator. However, finally she mustered courage and did manage to use the escalator.

This stray example is a metaphor, an imagery for conquering any fear.

Here are the steps:

𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳.
Real change comes from miniscule changes that create a compounding effect.

A groundbreaking study tracked 12000 people for 32 years and found "a person`s chances of becoming obese increased by 57% if he or she had a friend who became obese." It works the other way too. One of the most effective ways to overcome fear is to surround yourself with people who have tread on that path.
